To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是 除夕， 晚上我走了過去港灣豪庭 。經過南記粉麵， 見到有一個宣傳，特選肥牛套餐 ，配合面底及一杯飲品， 只需78元 。天生為食的我 ，受不住 誘惑 ，入去南記叫了一個 ，用麻辣蕃茄做湯底 。火鍋料有很多 ：例如春卷、芝士蟹柳條、魚腐、蘿蔔、南瓜、娃娃菜等等。 味道不錯， 價錢經濟實惠。

我從細到大都好鐘意食南記，十幾二十年前要食南記一定要去港島先有，暱幾年南記越開越多，遍布全港九新界方便左好多，可以隨時隨地去邊度食都得，附近肯定會有一間南記。下午茶餐小窩套餐：🍜春捲辣豬肉酸辣米線+豆漿（HKD 51）南記炸春捲，魚味香濃又唔腥，口感Q彈，超級好食，辣豬肉非常入味又嫩滑，酸辣湯底絕對系我最愛，酸甜微辣，味道香濃，加埋Ｄ爽滑米線，非常掂。🍜春捲牛腩麻辣米線+豆漿（HKD 45）我老公最愛南記麻辣湯底，少少麻少少辣，湯底鮮香，配上嫩滑的牛腩，好好味😋

外賣送錯單，打給南記，話車手搞錯，跟住就無左下文，再打過去就無人接聽，最緊要送過來的餐全部是牛，屋企無人可以食，直接打給外賣APP客服，要求退款，服務真是有待改善！差評！

【 小窩套餐夠飽肚 】 唔想係屋企煮，又想食麵，諗左好耐都唔知食咩好，老公提議食南記粉麵。大角咀分店開左咁耐都係第一次試，用餐環境都幾大，好多圓枱，眼見堂食都唔太多人，好多人選擇叫外賣，所以等外賣都等左好耐。我地點了A牛魔王小窩套餐和辣豬肉小窩。外賣的粉麵和湯底是分開裝的，所以麵唔會咁快林晒。A牛魔王小窩套餐，湯底改了麻辣，有細豆漿送，牛肉夠林身，好香牛味，配料有支竹，芽菜。辣豬肉小窩，湯底改了麻辣，這碗麻辣湯底唔知點解差左小小，唔夠辣。兩碗都只需要$87，好平的Dinner，大大碗又食得夠飽。
