週末去了位於上環的阿根廷扒房CARNE’S，餐廳環境簡潔清新，陽光透過玻璃窗照入餐廳，非常寫意☀️餐廳逢星期一至日均供應set lunch，當中包括前菜、主菜、配菜和汽水，性價比甚高！．Beef Empanada 牛肉餡餅．Seafood Ceviche 南美檸汁醃海鮮前菜份量超大的！醃海鮮有着海量蝦和帶子，配上紅洋蔥、芫荽和虎奶醬汁，清新可口🦐😆 牛肉餡餅外皮香酥，同樣是滿滿特色南美風味🥠．Sirloin Steak 西冷牛扒 $298．Skirt Steak 側腹膜橫肌牛扒 $308來得當然要試試比較少見的Skirt Steak！牛扒肉味香濃、肉汁滿滿，是較有咬口的類型！西冷肉質外層香口烤熟、內裏粉嫩多汁，滿滿炭燒風味！配上海鹽和chimichurri醬汁，牛扒味道更甜更豐富呢～配菜推介香炒蘑菇，超香口的🍄 最後嘆一杯咖啡(+$14)真的是perfect lunch☕️😚
