📍 Carne’s Argentinian Steak House📍 上環 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗮𝗻 • 皇后大道中202號香港普特曼酒店地下A號舖〔 Follow me! ♥︎ 〕-阿根廷有「牛肉王國」之稱,自然是吃牛扒的好地方🇦🇷香港也很幸運,有不少阿根廷扒房開立於此位於上環的《Carne’s Argentinian Steak House》是其中一間人氣之選由來自阿根廷的廚師主理,提供正宗阿根廷牛扒,有多個部位選擇而前菜、小吃也有不少選擇,當中一定要嚐阿根廷國民菜【Empanadas】(阿根廷餡餅)!價錢尚算親民,而且部份非繁忙時間,在OpenRice上訂座,可獲高達【75折優惠】;有訂座平台更提供高達【5折優惠】呢✨-餐廳店面不算很大,但勝在樓底高,燈光暗暗的,情調滿滿💕-Bread入座後不久,店員送上招待的麵包烤得暖呼呼的,好有誠意•Chorizo sausage - Argentinian pork sausage ($128)阿根廷豬肉腸香烤肉腸由豬肉和香料製成,肉汁豐富、富惹味香味,適合重口味的我們~不過偏油膩配上由新鮮香草和蒜頭等製成的chimichurri(阿根廷青醬),剛好有助減膩•Argentinian empanada ($138)牛肉餡餅其實只是到訪過阿根廷扒房一次,但已對他們的【empanada】留下了深刻印象!這款【阿根廷餡餅】是以阿根廷的國民小吃餡餅外皮炸得酥香鬆脆,包裹著飽滿juicy的牛肉內餡同時也有素的餡餅選擇~這道菜沒有配chimichurri,配上了自家製辣醬,有甜甜的燒烤醬味道~•Mix Carnes (19oz) - Sirloin, fillet, skirt ($698)牛扒拼盤來到主角【牛扒🥩】的部份!牛扒有多個部位可以選,想把不同部位都試勻的話,推薦點這個【牛扒拼盤】!拼盤集合sirloin, fillet, skirt三個阿根廷牛肉部位三者都烤得帶陣陣炭香味,而且肉質都保持著鮮嫩多汁只用一點鹽巴提味,更能嚐到牛肉的原始風味想加點風味的話,也可以蘸chimichurri~Sirloin油花滿佈,肉味濃郁;Fillet肉質則更細嫩;Skirt肉味最香濃,但口感較結實•“Provençal” fries ($78)炸薯條牛扒配薯條,必備的邪惡配搭~薯條粗度剛好,外脆、內有軟軟的薯仔肉用上香蒜、意大利番茜配搭,更惹味(看見隔壁座位食客旳薯蓉都好吸引!)•Mixed salad ($108)田園沙律來一份沙律平衡一下哈哈🥗沙律菜新鮮爽脆,配上櫻桃番茄、紫洋蔥、櫻桃蘿蔔,最後拌入油醋,好清新好開胃~•House red ($68/glass) continue reading

上環一家小小的阿根廷扒房,以鐵板呈上試了兩個不同的部位🥩外層焦香,牛柳脂肪比例較低,但也不會乾韌,口感柔軟。而西冷油脂多點,牛味也相對濃一點,個人更喜歡這一款😚兩款都是 medium rare! chimichurri醬汁好有南美風味還可以減低油膩感~另外試了牛腸,外層燒至焦香,口感粉粉的挺惹味!加點檸檬汁有助解膩~burrata cheese 好creamy 加上pesto sauce調味清新開胃,也是個不錯的前菜☺️ continue reading
