年青有夢的南瀛水產:專人服務燒海鮮。居酒屋我知道呢間南瀛水產的老闆好後生,令我諗翻起我20歲嘅時候,其實我連夢想係乜嘢都唔知。既然係咁就要一嚐呢度嘅質素。巨峰梳打($48)帆立貝刺身($88)食刺身好容易知道海鮮本質新唔新鮮,呢個帆立貝刺身,有彈性有鮮味。吉列炸蠔($98)炸物配有汽飲品最正,炸蠔夠厚身,新鮮熱辣。活鮑魚($68/隻)鮑魚上碟時仲郁㗎!店員親自幫手料理嘅燒鮑魚,所以絕對唔使擔心會燒成點,一向都覺得燒熟鮑魚比鮑魚刺身好食,果然不出我所料,鮑魚燒過後好香,而且亦啖啖肉!銀雪魚西京燒($158)銀雪魚又係啖啖肉,而且咬落去有汁,好送飯架。和牛粒炒飯($168)最後食返少少澱粉質,炒飯粒粒分明,加上矜貴嘅和牛肉,我仲加上頭先嘅燒鮑魚,自製一碗豪華嘅鮑魚和牛粒炒飯,好食到回味無窮。
