To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南海一號,已經唔係第一次去了,但過往多數都是去食晚飯,貪其夜景實在壯觀,高居臨下,實在有君臨天下的感覺。可能係疫情期間,高檔餐廳也要做放題,於是昨天便和朋友仔一齊去試吓呢個點心放題。我們分別叫了晶瑩蝦餃、蟹子燒賣、上海小籠包、鳳爪、蝦米腸粉、蘿蔔糕、話梅石榴、鮮果咕嚕肉、麻辣薑蔥炒牛肉、辣子雞球、蟹肉粟米羹、五柳甜酸魚柳等我等,種類繁多,大家也看看相片吧。在一個如此優美嘅環境,落地玻璃,光猛開陽,舒舒服服的食一個午餐,也只不過是200多元,超值了。
