To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天天朗氣清, 到訪南海一號嘗試下午茶任點任食中式點心。因為天氣好,喺30樓嘅餐廳望出去維港,特別美麗。預定時間係由下午三點開始 但我們提早十分鐘已經到達餐廳門口, 接待員沒有叫我們在門口等,反而讓我們先入座,告知我們三點才開始下單便可以,值得一讚不需要客人在門口等待入座。講返今日下午茶嘅食物, 係中式點心, 任點任食,細細碟好精美, 不會浪費,味道唔錯,服務態度良好, 所以過咗一個好愉快嘅下午。會推薦朋友到這餐廳嘗試。
