To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十月二日假期,參加了蒲台、南丫石山景.海鮮粵菜勝景一日遊。蒲台島景色怡人卻荒涼,午飯要去南丫島解決。 由於是跟團關係,一早對這頓海鮮粵菜不抱太高期望,感覺不過不失: 白灼游水蝦-蝦肉很霉,第一碟菜竟是水準最差的一道菜;卻因為大家肚餓而飛快清光!蒜茸蒸扇貝-蒜茸與扇貝從來是美味配搭,粉絲又夠多,不過廚師下油太多,令油味蓋過鮮味...酥炸鮮魷魚-新鮮炸起的魷魚既香且彈牙,是最美味的一道菜!清蒸海上鮮-明明是海水魚卻鞋且實,鮮味亦不足,反而更似鯇魚? 其餘還有咕嚕肉、梅菜扣肉、豉油皇雞、郊外靚油菜等,菜式都偏油,全都中等水準偏下。我自己一定唔會再去食,唔俾咸面,只為當日天風涼水冷,心情好好!

由於是跟團關係,一早對這頓海鮮粵菜不抱太高期望,感覺不過不失:
 
白灼游水蝦-蝦肉很霉,第一碟菜竟是水準最差的一道菜;卻因為大家肚餓而飛快清光!
