To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去元朗進行一個商務午餐,選擇咗一個拎埋一二邊嘅北京樓以為好少人,點知響平日嘅中午12點呢度已經full house。餐廳採用open kitchen,喺中菜館入邊比較少見。兩個人食唔到好多嘢,我哋只係叫咗3樣嘢:小籠包個皮薄但係質感比較煙銀,所以即使鄙薄,夾起嚟都唔會太易穿,湯汁好豐富,肉腸味道亦都相當唔錯。鮮菠蘿糖醋魚柳,糖醋酸甜適中,用嘅係新鮮菠蘿,而且仲係燒過嘅,甜味更加濃郁。宇宙得唔錯,但我覺得用嘅呢隻魚質感有啲太林,魚味亦都唔係好好。我哋用半價叫咗半隻片皮鴨,都只係80幾蚊,但無論擺盤、刀功、味道都相當唔錯。我最欣賞嘅係佢嘅春餅皮,每一塊之間都夾咗牛油紙,皮薄、煙銀之餘攞起嚟唔會一張張黐埋晒,食起嚟好方便而且攞起來每一張都好完整。嘢食好,但服務我就覺得一般般,有啲折扣唔可以一齊用又冇講清楚,定還是北京樓嘅服務已經同以前唔同左呢?
