去元朗進行一個商務午餐,選擇咗一個拎埋一二邊嘅北京樓以為好少人,點知響平日嘅中午12點呢度已經full house。餐廳採用open kitchen,喺中菜館入邊比較少見。兩個人食唔到好多嘢,我哋只係叫咗3樣嘢:小籠包個皮薄但係質感比較煙銀,所以即使鄙薄,夾起嚟都唔會太易穿,湯汁好豐富,肉腸味道亦都相當唔錯。鮮菠蘿糖醋魚柳,糖醋酸甜適中,用嘅係新鮮菠蘿,而且仲係燒過嘅,甜味更加濃郁。宇宙得唔錯,但我覺得用嘅呢隻魚質感有啲太林,魚味亦都唔係好好。我哋用半價叫咗半隻片皮鴨,都只係80幾蚊,但無論擺盤、刀功、味道都相當唔錯。我最欣賞嘅係佢嘅春餅皮,每一塊之間都夾咗牛油紙,皮薄、煙銀之餘攞起嚟唔會一張張黐埋晒,食起嚟好方便而且攞起來每一張都好完整。嘢食好,但服務我就覺得一般般,有啲折扣唔可以一齊用又冇講清楚,定還是北京樓嘅服務已經同以前唔同左呢?

我最欣賞嘅係佢嘅春餅皮,每一塊之間都夾咗牛油紙,皮薄、煙銀之餘攞起嚟唔會一張張黐埋晒,食起嚟好方便而且攞起來每一張都好完整。
嘢食好,但服務我就覺得一般般,有啲折扣唔可以一齊用又冇講清楚,定還是北京樓嘅服務已經同以前唔同左呢?
