To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係銅鑼灣做啲野, 做完野又係時候食個lunch。呢間係銅鑼灣既譚仔有兩層, 其他分店好少有兩層呢, 佢仲要有啲裝修, 所以都坐得幾舒服。今次係二樓食, 佢上面都算多位, 唔錯。今日就要咗碗墨丸清湯米線。因為本身唔係好食得辣, 所以一直食譚仔都係叫消湯。佢個清湯唔係好濃味啱啱好。而墨丸唔洗講, 由細食到大都覺得好好食, 出面可能會太淋無咩料, 但譚仔既墨丸係好實在既, 食得出係足料。所以食咗咁多年, 無特別想食既就會叫墨丸呢。
