一本牛肋條:已切成正方體(同餐牌唔同,應該為方便食客燒) 好肥(係肥多過瘦)燒完好香油脂味!
特上牛肋肉:比胸腹肉重牛味,淋身,雖然油花唔多!依然好味!
牛胸腹肉:牛胸腹肉淋身,而且肥美,肉質有咬口(唔會韌)無筋好味!
五花腩:平時燒肉唔會點豬肉,今次嘅肉厚切,肥瘦相間,肥美多汁,又唔會嚡口,好味
雞肉:好少食燒肉時點雞肉(唔抵)今次嘅雞肉係仲係冰雪狀態,不過燒起來又無雪味,好嫩滑多汁(唔知處理上做咗乜)好味
牛舌:砌成花形好靚,薄切易燒,無筋彈牙有咬口,肥美好食
所有肉我都無點額外嘅豉油,已經好夠味,又唔會搶過肉味

薑蜜($5)隻玻璃杯幾靚,略細杯,夠熱但偏淡,薑味同蜜味都淡!一般
雪碧($5)肥髀飲

各款肉都有水準,擺盤又靚,而且切法幾易燒,套餐抵食,連配菜都好味!

店員斯文有禮,比較靜態,不過好快回應我嘅問題(好似醃肉會不會辣、飲品有無添飲之類)食一小時會留意住客人進度,燒晒肉會過來幫手關爐,開爐都有提醒要小心熱!
