做冬日午餐帶阿女食好啲,唸住閒日唔多人!無唸過要訂枱(唔好學我)去呢度攞位要等位(訂枱嘅準時入)門口長長嘅人龍證明呢間好味!等了半小時終於入座,店內唔大,大部分細枱(多人預咗要分枱)淺木方桌,每枱有個用氣嘅燒烤爐,加抽氣管,座位可以放外套(唔怕羽絨索晒啲味)今日特別日子,只可以叫燒肉套餐,豪華啲叫個2人套餐(比一款肉嘅套餐抵食)落單後店員好快上晒食物,仲有即棄圍裙(窩心)Futago特上盛合御膳($268/2位)餐湯:金菇菜湯,唔重麵豉味(連平常唔飲麵豉湯嘅肥髀都肯飲)夠熱清爽好味!白飯:鬆軟好味,不過太快上咗飯,到燒好肉時唔夠熱!泡菜:三款辣泡菜(青瓜、白菜、蘿蔔)醃漬得入味爽脆,好味!芝麻鹽醬椰菜:椰菜爽口唔澀,撈過芝麻油,灑上辣辣鹹鹹嘅鹽,好爽脆惹味!薯仔沙律:好大球,撈得滑身,夾雜薯仔塊,好味!燒肉:一本牛肋條:已切成正方體(同餐牌唔同,應該為方便食客燒) 好肥(係肥多過瘦)燒完好香油脂味!特上牛肋肉:比胸腹肉重牛味,淋身,雖然油花唔多!依然好味!牛胸腹肉:牛胸腹肉淋身,而且肥美,肉質有咬口(唔會韌)無筋好味!五花腩:平時燒肉唔會點豬肉,今次嘅肉厚切,肥瘦相間,肥美多汁,又唔會嚡口,好味雞肉:好少食燒肉時點雞肉(唔抵)今次嘅雞肉係仲係冰雪狀態,不過燒起來又無雪味,好嫩滑多汁(唔知處理上做咗乜)好味牛舌:砌成花形好靚,薄切易燒,無筋彈牙有咬口,肥美好食所有肉我都無點額外嘅豉油,已經好夠味,又唔會搶過肉味薑蜜($5)隻玻璃杯幾靚,略細杯,夠熱但偏淡,薑味同蜜味都淡!一般雪碧($5)肥髀飲各款肉都有水準,擺盤又靚,而且切法幾易燒,套餐抵食,連配菜都好味!店員斯文有禮,比較靜態,不過好快回應我嘅問題(好似醃肉會不會辣、飲品有無添飲之類)食一小時會留意住客人進度,燒晒肉會過來幫手關爐,開爐都有提醒要小心熱!午餐抵食!記得訂位 continue reading

又到Happy Friday 未夠11點就跟同事book私下諗邊度嘆個lunch,隔咗陣今次要打破晚間先食嘅燒肉嘅傳統,lunch time我哋就走去燒一燒當然lunch time有set抵食好多啦,每份大約佰幾一份,一人一個爐,有飯有湯有前菜仲有沙律仲有碟靚靚肉食吓個肉質同味道都幾好,最緊要飲番杯可樂 驅走返工嘅疲勞,不過lunch time1個鐘唔多夠用,食得比較趕未能真正食到個味,但係成個星期返工日子裏最開心就係星期五。 continue reading

老友生曰慶生,主角話事要食曰式烤肉,找了多間終於找到了一間口碑不錯的,位於銅鑼灣非常便利。店內通風做得非常好,一點油煙味都無。最窩心的是有圍裙和手機套供應,簡直貼心服務。每碟份量不大,五片左右,如食肉獸一定要點多幾碟才滿足。牛胸腹,牛面頰,牛舌,牛肋骨,雞腿肉...試過鹽味,燒汁味,調味略為重手過鹹,但質素是ok的,肉質軟腍有肉香,不錯。其實還有代勞燒烤服務,對於雞手鴨腳的我們,真的幫了不少,讚! continue reading

假期早幾日已經book定位食大阪燒肉,侍應仲問想唔想訂埋鹿兒島牛扒,既然去得食燒肉,又唔貴($178左右),就order埋喇!叫左葱牛扒、一本壺漬牛肋條同訂左嘅鹿兒島牛扒,再加一個蛋葱飯同薯仔沙律。薯仔沙律好好味,有少少芝麻醬十分開胃!葱牛扒十分香,但葱味又唔會蓋過濃郁嘅牛味!牛扒都十分厚。鹿兒島牛扒大而薄,唔會太漏!我地覺得最好味係牛肋條,有少少辣,十分入味又惹味值得一提是店員好nice,亦會幫手燒,服務不錯! continue reading
