To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未試過太興嘅早餐想試一試,後悔了⋯最平嘅餐要$29,係雙拼三文治一份加熱柚子蜜。叫左芝士火腿三文治還好,熱柚子蜜唔好睇佢細細杯好重味,一杯可以當杯半飲,哈哈。黑椒汁雞扒腸仔加烘了的方飽加凍0茶要$31+$3⋯價錢都唔係最大問題,一開始食左件烘方飽覺得唔錯。兩條腸仔分一點俾好友試試就出事了,腸仔冇咩味,基本上唔講唔知自己食緊咩。但外皮脆脆的我都覺得仍可接受^^點知食雞扒就後悔了,早知唔一早食晒件烘方飽,實在太油了!不過雞扒煎得幾好,亦食唔出有雪藏味,醬汁亦唔錯味道還可以。另外位朋友食唔到想食的就叫左冰鎮奶茶就算了。當然招牌飲品仍然是冇得彈啦。不過早餐真係唔會再黎了。
