今日午膳吃車仔麵,因為喜歡多餸而且可以自己楝,楝多楝少都可以自己決定。我的車仔麵很傳統,豬皮、豬紅、咖哩魷魚、咖哩牛柏葉與伊麵。看色澤就知道豬皮烹調得很入味。水魷魚很爽脆,份量有八條之多,抵食啦!水魷魚與牛柏葉本身是沒有味道,所以要靠咖哩汁帶出味道,味道也好不過鹹!豬皮和豬紅是車仔麵不可或缺的食材,傳統車仔麵沒有伊麵,所以我的車仔麵是「升呢」!車仔麵配檸樂、豆漿是絶配!家人喜歡吃肉,所以豬牛雞魚都來齊了!豬頸肉、五香牛腩、雞中翼、咖哩魚蛋 與油麵,我試吃五香牛腩,肉質鬆軟可口,五香味濃又有肉味,好吃。小食是炸魚皮,夠香脆,$20價錢合理。
