很久沒行葵芳,今日接人放工順便食飯,喺芸芸食店中揀中呢間,皆因菜牌吸引!半開放式廚房,乾淨企理,廚師們都非常專心,相信出品有番咁上下!點的這個上天丼,本來是海老白魚丼,我們加$38升級將海老改做車海老(即是香港嘅花竹蝦)真係好抵,白魚肉質細緻鮮甜,車海老彈牙、蝦味濃到化不開,而脆漿色澤比較深,聽店員講佢哋採用日本特製高級胡麻油加入粉漿內,所以炸出嚟嘅天婦羅香味非常凸出,加上淋面的特製醬汁,真係好食到停唔到囗!另一碗係期間限定嘅車海老軟殼蟹天丼,材料非常之豐富,有車海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、莢豌豆、海苔、溫泉蛋,仲有整只軟殼蟹,材料多到幾乎滿寫,軟殼蟹天婦羅趁熱食外脆內軟,而且仲有蟹膏,鮮味十足!廚師連隻不太起眼嘅溫泉蛋都炸得好好,還有撈飯嘅汁都超好味,店舖係採用江戶時代古早秘傳醬汁,更能展現當時的風味!配搭得完美無比!已將店舖收藏,下次嚟葵芳一定再試!
