To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近幾個月都留港消費,想搵啲特別啲嘅菜式!朋友介紹銅鑼灣呢間印尼餐廳聽講午市經常爆棚,今日嚟到晚市都唔例外!餐廳門外仲有埋甜品、小食、外賣飯盒賣...擺晒喺度比客人隨便揀!有我最愛嘅紫薯千層糕!即刻買咗件嚟食!唔會好甜好香椰汁味! 正喺門口排左15分鐘到就有位!餐廳唔算好大所以嚟之前真係要卜位!我叫咗原條魚花膠粉皮呢條魚就犀利啦!係用黑鰂魚油炸方式去主城嘅餘生炸到好乾脆,唔會油粒粒!食落口好香口而且本身鯽魚唔算好多骨!啖啖魚肉唔識食魚嘅我 成條食哂冇問題!重點係條魚一啲都唔腥!好鬼正!花膠粉皮湯底比較傑身,飲落口好香濃,飲得出落足料!仲有一大片花膠添飲完個粒皮膚靚靚!認真落足心機再叫咗個石磨馬拉盞炒通菜,比起平時食泰菜嘅馬拉盞通菜冇咁鹹,但係依然惹味!再叫咗燒白鱔串燒呢個真係冇得彈燒完雨嘅肉質依然係彈牙爽口!我鍾意佢個醬汁,甜甜辣辣嘅!但係唔食得辣嘅人就唔好沾咁多啊!因為都算幾辣😂其實唔止呢個醬汁都已經好夠味朋友飲個椰汁冰,我就飲番個椰青,清清下個味蕾!最後食埋個班蘭戚風蛋糕同綠茶戚風蛋糕點綴一下今晚呢餐豐富嘅印尼菜!個人比較鍾意食斑斕味戚風蛋糕,總係覺得斑斕嗰種香味係無法抵擋😂
