To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (6:45 - 8:15) (8:30- 店內關門)我地就食第二個時段 ~ 平日黎食, 但估唔到人到都幾FULL AR , 好彩有BOOK定位~店內坐得舒適, 服務好好~  價錢就中價啦, 唔叫抵食~ 茶位費, $12/人~ (算貴呀 ><)前菜 $16 , 開茶時, 會比你, 如果唔想要可以同店員講~ 我地第一次黎就要左, 想試試~咸酸菜好爽口, 咸味同酸味岩岩好~ " 蒜片一口牛柳 $58" "我推介呀" ~ 牛柳粒算大粒, 份量唔算少~ 牛肉有質素, 有香濃牛肉味, 通常去中式餐廳, 牛肉都有用鬆肉粉加工過, 所以偏林身! 但呢個絕對唔會咁. ~ 牛柳粒算大粒, 份量唔算少~ 牛肉有質素, 有香濃牛肉味, 通常去中式餐廳, 牛肉都有用鬆肉粉加工過, 所以偏林身! 但呢個絕對唔會咁. GOOD~!

"拔絲石榴咕嚕肉 $88" , 即叫即炸, 肉好香脆, 最正唔會厚粉, 雖然無咩拔絲感覺, 但無所謂啦, 反正幾好食, 咕嚕肉平時例牌配菠蘿, 今次配石榴~~~ 我都係第一次食呢個新配搭
 石榴咁樣配黎煮石榴既味就唔突出, 好得意係口感好似馬蹄~ 哈哈

呢個甜品外表有90分, 內在就只得10分~ =,=
雖然大, 層數多, 可惜吉士同鮮果又好少~~~ 唔掂呀~
鮮果方面, 配撘上唔夾... 鮮果分別有蜜瓜, 士多啤梨, 西瓜, 蘆薈, 芒果~~~~~ 
鮮果唔夠新鮮, 沒有果香~ 
呢個拿破崙, 有必於平時食既拿玻崙, 似中式拿玻崙, 一層層既脆脆食落比較油~

我建議吉士鮮果比例要再調整下, 酥皮方面應該要改良下, 食落唔似酥皮, 牛油味不夠~
