Kasane Ramen with Chicken and Pork Soup - THIS IS GOOD!!
- This surprised us on the night, because we came for the above cold truffle ramen. But this actually tasted better. The broth had a nice chicken-y aroma and had a balanced taste between the Pork Bone and Chicken oil.... Tasted way more balanced than the Tori-hana 鳥華 version.

Eggs -Looked very well cooked. We found the eggs at other Ippudo outlets to taste better though. Hope it is just a once off!
