今天路經一風堂,發現有和牛拉麵推出!身為和牛迷的我一於試試看。餐廳經過翻新後,依舊以紅、白和自然木色作主調配以大圓筒吊燈,用餐空間更見光猛整潔。贅沢大判和牛拉麵$108這贅沢大判和牛拉麵的和牛認真大大片,份量十足。慢煮澳洲和牛肉雖不致入口即溶,但肉味濃厚又幾juicy。啖啖肉又帶一點厚度,口感唔錯。唯肉質纖維比較粗糙,略帶嚼勁,都幾ok. 半熟旦滷得入味,而且溏心旦王旦味濃厚,好吃。深褐色湯底是以牛肉和魚干熬製,真的吃不出魚干和牛肉湯,反而比較像醬油風味,鹹鹹地,當中又透出炸洋蔥和丁點柚子的清香。配上幼身的拉麵,掛湯力一般,整體味道比豚骨湯清爽,沒有膩口的感覺,整體而言,是恰如其份。迷你和牛丼$28和牛粒表面微焦,滿有肉香和牛脂風味,加埋曰式芥末的辛, 吊起和牛的肉味,亦減少了油膩的感覺,拌以燒汁白飯,又幾唔錯。以$28的價格,是對板對位的。這一曰的和牛午餐有麵又有飯,所費唔多,吃得滿足。 continue reading

本人對拉麵真的是非常有要求的,湯底自然是很重要但是面試的質量也一定要高,肉的話要有鮮味不能像橡膠,這次和朋友去了尖沙咀就吃了一風堂,想試下他這個新出的拉麵質素如何,以下就是我的觀點:牛肉很大塊可以看到是鋪了整碗面的。蛋的話也是完美的糖心我覺得不錯,蛋的味道就是普通蛋的味道,我覺得應該是日本蛋因為其實蛋黃定還是很香醇的。湯底的話我覺得他還算不錯,但是我個人比較喜歡傳統豬骨濃湯,牛湯只是喝的話還是很好的但是他的掛湯能力不高,有種麵條沒有能夠吸收湯的精華的感覺。牛肉也是這樣單獨吃還不錯但是我覺得放在裏面沒有什麼稀奇的感覺。總體而言我覺得可以一試但是沒有到我會想吃第二次。真要說的話我覺得一風堂赤丸比較好吃🤣 continue reading

一風堂最近推出咗新款拉麵,今日出開旺角就試咗喇,呢款煮干系拉麵, 我要咗個硬少少嘅面, 咁樣食到最後個面都唔會太淋。食之前就聞到好香嘅魚乾香味,湯底用小魚乾熬製,亦有一風堂招牌豚骨湯,湯底濃稠,每一啖都充滿魚香鮮味。新穎嘅「魚乾味玉」,放入湯底中溶解,令拉麵味道更加濃郁。肉質較嫩的慢煮叉燒醇厚嘅湯底配上爽滑嘅拉麵 , 叉燒 肉同脂肪的比例適中。搭配7、8條小魚幹,魚幹很香口,令整碗拉麵的味道更豐富。 記得食埋店內嘅秘製辣芽菜 ,十分惹味架。另外,我仲要咗個胡麻Q青瓜, 長條青瓜切到一粒粒配上芝麻同埋酸辣醬,超清爽。@ippudohongkong #ippudohk #一風堂 #煮干系拉麵 #拉麵 continue reading

聽同事說一風堂的下午茶抵食,今日終於來到試,星期一至五下午3:00至6:00有下午茶餐,拉麵半份加抺茶銅鑼燒加飲品加一後也才六十多。點了赤丸新味,有少少辣味,但又不會太辣,湯底也不會太油,即使飲了湯也不會覺得一口油。麵可以選軟,適中或硬,我選了適中真的剛剛好,有咬勁又不會太硬。抹茶銅鑼燒亦比想像中出色,銅鑼燒的皮很鬆軟,抺茶是由布丁所做,滑滑的,整體也不會太甜。 continue reading

嚟到一風堂,一定係叫拉麵,我自己鐘意食辣,所以一定會叫赤丸拉麵,店員會問你想食咩麵質,我選擇普通,嚟到既麵唔太軟唔太硬,仲有煙韌彈牙,拉麵上既肉,肉味好濃,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,好好味,另外有隻糖心蛋,蛋味濃,有別於一般既蛋。今次除左拉麵,仲點左個沾麵,麵比平時拉麵粗,但唔會硬,都係煙韌彈牙既,沾麵汁味濃,沾沾上麵條食,味道剛剛好,不得不提麵上面既肉,好肥美,油脂比例啱啱好,怕肥既我都忍唔住食晒。到小食方面,今次我無點餃子,而係點左牛油果大蝦配芥末醬,有驚喜,本以為40幾蚊應該得一兩隻蝦,點知佢係有好多隻蝦,蝦好鮮甜大隻,牛油果好新鮮,配埋芥末醬真係perfect match,好清新,下次一定會再點嚟食。 continue reading
