To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個自選魚生飯,分別係馬糞海膽,中拖羅,池魚王,劍魚,帶子,重有個唔記得乜,個飯10X蚊,馬糞得兩大粒,所有刺身得一片,刺身好多根,不過解凍夠,冇雪味,海膽都好甜,之後叫多隻軍艦,飯過酸。炸雞軟骨,幾ok。三文魚頭,直頭用臭黎形容,可能今日天氣熱,明顯變壞左。豬軟骨拉麵,味過重,太咸。雞翼超好味。羊架過得去,不過不太入味。蒜香牛肉粒,老實講,我未食過咁難食既牛肉粒,明明叫蒜香牛肉粒,出黎既竟然係水汪汪既蒜香黑椒牛肉粒,唔知做乜野有黑椒,有冇諗過客人係唔食得辣既呢?定係想除左牛肉既雪味呢?結論:只推介雞翼,馬糞海膽,重有佢地杯玄米茶,堅好飲
