To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日經過富臨,見到大大隻招牌在門口: 晚飯 1 蚊好嗞味,有 極品燒鵝皇,木桶鼓油雞,紅燒乳鴿,勝瓜濃湯浸大肥蜆,上湯開邊龍蝦,5選 1。嘩,非常吸引,我見到燒鵝已感覺垂涎欲滴。現在是晚上8時多應該都是食飯時間,裡面人不是很多,隻有幾圍枱的人。富臨的裝修真所謂中西合璧。中國式的紅地氈配上西式的裝飾,非常清雅。極品燒鵝皇例牌 $1元。經過燒烤的特有的金金黃黃帶啡的顔色,非常吸引,真是十分期待。廚房出菜前已將醬汁淋到燒鵝上,導致燒鵝皮帯淋,醬汁十分咸。燒鵝皮雖不是很脆,但是肉質夠淋滑,十分入味。花膠北菇鵝掌煲$108。花膠雖然比較薄,但有4件,都算抵食,冬菇也有4件,十分厚肉,有少少𡁻口。鵝掌非常淋滑,但整個花膠北菇鵝掌煲味道非常淡,就像沒有調味一樣。添加了2個白飯$20,再加酸菜$10,加茶位$20,要了個膠袋$0.5,再加一。共$175.5味道雖然有少少遜於預期,但十分抵食哦。

嘩,非常吸引,我見到燒鵝已感覺垂涎欲滴。
