To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收得這個價錢 $588蚊一位，就應該給點品質好和高端的食材，及一流的服務才對。我吃到的只是普通的魚生、普通的食材、還有沒有禮貌的服務。衛生情況也是要關注一下。廁所衛生情況十分惡劣及嘔心🤮🤢。食物以自助餐形式開放在食客多的地方也十分不衛生。以前衛生多了，也是你吃甚麼就下單點什麼。一張桌子就給一把剪刀✂️吃蟹腳就已經超級不衛生啦。Definitely will NOT revisit. Not to mention they only give you one pair of scissors per table to cut your crab legs, which means you need to share this pair of scissors with everyone else at your table, which is really unhygienic, gross and sick 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. The condition of their washroom was 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢.
