簡真係啪著左個總制!!

炸脾/炸雞呢D一向賣飛佛

仲要出名喎, 唔係唔試呀下話?

望下個名叫智多星..

咁熟既?! 之前原來某雜誌個「區區有脾脾」就係有佢份!!!

一場黎度梗係狗衝啦!!

正值兩點幾三點, 我地黎一個下午茶

炸脾 + 粉麵 (沙爹牛肉麵 / 雪菜米)

個粉麵冇乜特別, 同平時食開差唔多

重點黎喇!
YEAH!!炸脾!

其實我之前都試過「區區有脾脾」另一間上榜既店

不過個間真係麻麻地喇, 原因係佢唔係一隻傳統生炸脾

至於呢度, 佢確確實實係一隻好薄脆好香口既炸脾!!!

雜誌入面形容佢既入味指數得3星

食落口, 層皮夠脆同食到華鹽味之外

D肉有醃過,唔錯丫

肉唔o鞋口, 冇雪味/怪味, 非常OK

一路切一路標哂煙, 真係即整喎

總括黎講,呢個炸脾好岩我心水

一來肉係入味同JUICY

二來,佢個皮有華鹽!! 食炸脾個皮冇華鹽點得GA!!
