Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間日本居酒屋係性價比之最亦係其中最具日本傳統色彩既設計,非常有格調氣氛先不說每位店員具備優良的服務態度以及效率,對每位客人對話中都一一體現其管理👍🏻妹妹上完課帶她來到附近吃午餐,由於早前來過感覺也是很好,於是再次到來簡單來個我們都愛的溫泉蛋,百吃不厭再上新鮮沙律菜墊下胃,好多餐廳只係用生菜,我好欣賞佢地使用呢款,雖然一直喜歡吃,總記不住名字🤣🤣分不清🥲 而且醬汁係喜好的芝麻醬但不會飲外面那些非常膩同酸的,濃濃芝麻香又不會太酸,配合剛好雞軟骨份量很多 ,粒粒酥脆,而且吃得出使用新油炸🥰🥰🥰 全碟清曬主食是魚湯鳥口,吃完酥酥雞軟骨來碗較清淡的魚湯鳥冬,魚湯鮮味突出鳥冬口感彈牙🤤🤤🤤🤤中午忍不住一人一杯酒,我要黑啤,超級爽另一碟大家必點!裡面用的有日本蕃薯混合的薯泥,超甜美味👍🏻醬汁似甜酸排骨的酸辣醬,甜酸帶辣,和牛炒炒茄子,超惹味💕
