成日係北角港運城落車見到呢間餐廳都覺得好吸引,今日終於叫到同事陪我食🤣🤣骨拉麵 #湯底熬製超過10小時 #。講到東京殿堂級拉麵咁西利,梗係要食佢個拉麵😆「紫蘇燒豚梅肉拉麵 $98」同「炙牛拉麵$92」,紫蘇燒豚梅肉拉麵採用左豬肉部位中肉質最好既梅肉,肥瘦均勻,紫蘇味香氣清新,中和油膩感👌🏻;炙牛拉麵既牛肉燒至半生熟、表面焦脆,牛肉帶有微微煙燻香氣,肉質軟腍。。小食類種類好多,擇左「海之天婦羅$118」,有:蝦、鯛魚、黑松露帶子、墨魚、紫蘇葉👍🏼天婦羅幾唔錯,炸粉厚薄度適中,材料新鮮。「燒油甘魚鮫 $108」魚質肥美甘香,經過鹽燒後更香味十足。。飲品價錢都唔貴,「巨峰蘇打 $38」and「日本青森蘋果汁 $32」。
