To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室喺尖沙咀開咗分店之前喺灣仔食過 都幾好食👹佢講到明全部用日本農場雞蛋🥚🐥自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯配旺記秘製甜豉油 ($54)賣相好吸引😽白飯完全被滑蛋同叉燒遮蓋同埋啲叉燒都好大塊唔韌又冇乜肥膏 甜甜地日本雞蛋真係好滑😛.另外嗌咗鮮薑汁豬膶鮮雞湯通粉配鮮牛油麥包多士 及4.3牛奶炒滑蛋($46)豬潤好滑同埋帶啲粉湯底有薑絲味🤔🤔不過我最鐘意係個炒蛋🤤用咗4.3牛奶炒 比北海道牧場嘅炒蛋更加好味🍳
