To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古城間北京樓裝修得好高檔,不過餐牌選擇好似比其他北京樓相宜。美心太多人等於是入左北京樓食晏,唔想咁豐富所以叫D野睇落家常D。少量廣東點心叫左燒賣,食落唔錯,大粒足料少粉,係咪隔離美心拎過黎? 和菜戴帽只係醬油炒粉絲加一塊煎蛋餅,但蛋餅好香煎蛋味,粉絲夠味得黎唔會太鹹太油,用餅皮包住食味道剛剛好,毋須加燒鴨醬青瓜京蔥啦!仲有個魚塊醬汁味道都唔錯,魚肉亦嫩滑。原來去北京樓,唔一定要食填鴨的。
