To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 形點北京樓也是我的飯堂🥢可惜晚上光顧,由入坐起計每枱只有90分鐘進餐,其實120分鐘較好,皆因烤北京填鴨都需時40分鐘製作,所以每次若決定吃,入坐後即落單,邊吃其他食品,邊和至愛親朋聊天,邊等愛吃的片皮鴨🤩「烤北京填鴨」和「乾炸小黃魚」是我的飛佛:1.北京填鴨(半隻)$160,皮脆肉嫩,香氣撲鼻,每吃自家包的一件,即用又薄又軟身又熱的嬤嬤皮,包着香脆的鴨皮和鮮嫩的肉質,再和青瓜條、紅菜頭條、海鮮醬融和,美味得滿嘴甘香,滋味無比😋👍🏼2.乾炸小黃魚$58(2條起),每次必叫,外脆內嫩又大條。坊間也有弄得不錯的,但未必有這個size,好味推介😋👍🏼3.松葉炸🦀鉗$58(2隻起),比一般的蟹鉗大,真材實料, 上桌時熱騰騰,弄得香口彈牙,好味推介😋👍🏼溫馨提示:AE指定的白金咭2-3人有6折,所以吃得更開懷🥂和抵🙌🏼還有一點,我盡量會在星期一至五光顧,皆因星期六/日很多人、很繁忙,烤鴨或其他出品可能有偏差
