西環良久以來就話係潮州人聚居既地方

(到底我係點解會知🤔)所以有好多潮食,打流、滷水鵝、潮式粉麵,香港仔君豪魚蛋皇打住魚蛋皇既稱號,一於試下有幾皇

招牌巴閉,舖面正正常常啦,唔算大但位都唔迫,開放式廚房見到師傅整麵,幾好

餐廳聲稱自設工場,湯底有豬骨、老雞、魚骨等,有齊潮州四寶,牛腩、雜個啲,都算係齊既

試下潮州四寶麵先,包左招牌魚蛋、豬肉丸、粗丸、片頭同潮式扎肉(四寶?),魚蛋幾彈牙口感唔錯

有魚味,唔會好粉咁,豬肉丸、粗丸同湯底都係普普通通,唔係唔好味但無咩特別

潮式扎肉有驚喜,質地腍,味道好而有肉汁,加埋潮州辣椒油食一流!

另一碗試左佢既牛,揀左牛肚麵,有料到

佢既牛肚唔係一條條細個啲,切得大大塊,令到口感非常好,滿足感大大提升,加埋湯底加腩汁味好正

配埋潮州辣椒油食左先仲正,佢既潮州辣椒油都唔差,幾香而有蒜同炒椒味

幼麵底彈牙,蛋味、硯水味都唔太覺,整體都算幾好啦

果然係西環食潮式野都普遍幾ok,價錢係粉麵黎講唔平,自決啦
