To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係勞蘇食打邊爐既時間,又係打平任食邊爐既時候,138平時,830之後108,想點,可以講係時光倒流價平日7時入席,得我一個,享受皇宮裝潢基本醬料都齊話晒係任食唔係高質邊爐,都係教個濃味啲既醬油好啲任食餐牌唔算出眾但一般打邊爐要有既必食都係度算係咁任飲方面有汽水同獅威,算係咁啦,自己係櫃拎就可以,仲方便過侍應上想清少少所以揀左椰子雞湯,雞都算ok突然有人上一碟蝦,多人啲就有多啲,人頭三隻,蝦質相當緊致Surprise叫左好多野食,滑牛、菲菜豬肉餃、芝心丸、脆脘魚腩,滑牛好離奇地,又唔滑又無牛味,菲菜豬肉餃唔知做咩用左魚皮餃個皮,味好怪,芝心丸個心ok,但出面好怪,脆脘魚係最最怪魚既野,又怪味又唔知點跟住仲有雞片、蟹爪棒肉、午餐肉、帆立貝,滑雞片雖然唔算出眾,但仍然穩打穩扎,味道不錯午餐肉就都係咁既味啦,蟹爪棒肉直接啲講就係蟹柳帆立貝。。。。有膽就試一般我鐘意食滑牛多過肥牛,但今次調轉,因為滑牛完全無牛味,肥牛反而正常唐生菜就。。咪就係都係唐生菜仲有牛栢葉同炸魚皮,都算正常,好味既,不過大份左啲加埋粟米、金菇、腐皮,都係同平時打邊爐一樣,我自己就好鍾意食,濃味既湯底亦好挾好好味既總括黎講

總括黎講,正又唔講得上,但環境相當唔錯,野食要有既都算有,唔好叫啲伏野就ok,138/108仲想點喎,計埋環境,性價比算ok啦
不過估唔到大半個場都空既時候,都要趕人走
