To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到MK,諗唔到食乜,以前住西灣河成日都幫襯太興的,可能老店關係,真係唔錯!但自從幫襯過荃灣分店,本來同老公就打算永不錄用架喇,但去到MK,見呢間野幾新,又行到好累,唔想等位,就同老公講不如比多次機會呢間啦!入到去,真係比餐牌價錢嚇親,燒味餐全部50UP.....只係加幾條油菜同湯或野飲....心諗,都入左黎就算啦!話唔定好好味呢!因為都差不多坐滿的!我地打算叫三拼,問WAITRESS,問佢份量多唔多?因為打算一碟飯加一個小菜就算,佢話一定比雙拼多啦,你睇價錢都唔同啦! (雙56,三拼64)OK,叫左叉燒,鵝同燒肉一上菜...嚇親...O個PAT三拼肉只係比手心大少少(總之細過一塊普通豬扒SIZE),有4舊肥到LUR仲多過食落肚既叉燒,4舊只有骨連皮既鵝,仲有4舊半乾哂又唔脆既燒肉!! 叫經理來問下有無搞錯先,佢話,廚房係有規定每碟飯4兩肉喎! 我話都無理由得3-4舊叉燒,佢仲好似開玩笑咁講: 唔係架,你睇下面有舊叉燒疊住左架....我LIU比佢看,都係TOTAL4舊,仲要肉膏比例係4:6, 雖則有D人或許鐘意肥叉,都唔係60%係肥豬膏掛???虧佢地仲話什麼叉燒係特搜靚叉!真係想爆粗!

不過幸好個餐配既紅豆冰有返D水準,真係好好飲,豆好林,好好味,仲有叫左個小菜係胡椒魚肚雞,個味一流!唔係真係要走去對面KFC補飛先夠!

呢間野,真係執到錢都捐左佢,唔會再幫襯!

埋單,3拼加紅豆冰收72蚊,另小菜72, 144蚊,8分飽走人!

今日在樓下間10幾年老字號燒味,2個人每人一碟大大碟雙拼飯都只係56(仲要係有燒鴨肶),我都明,出到MK,唔多唔少係幫你交租,但都唔係咁過份,賺到盡囉!各位開飯友真係小心選擇先好入去喇!
