To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第4次光顧泰金鍋,想唔到失望而回😕雖然A餐標準的餐點選擇不多,不過以往生熟食物的質素不錯,加上自助食物都很豐富所以說得上性價比高。他們的特色是有流水蝦,不過今次留意到refill得慢,蝦不太生猛🦐蜆和蟶子仔都沒有提供了。飲品櫃的飲品不凍,機點的炸物只是常温以往泰式甜點椰汁糕、班蘭糕全部變成急凍甜點,是一般的泡芙和朱古力布朗尼,冰箱任食的雪糕由以往的Mega雪條、Drumstick 甜筒換成冰棒。唯一可取是泰式火鍋湯底口味多,又可以一人一鍋或是一鍋上,非常彈性。泰式特飲、海南雞和烤魚是仍然與泰式主題有關的菜式吧。不過$208一位是否抵食就見仁見智了🤔結帳時店員還錯收費用,可能是對收費不熟悉? 還好發現後有適當處理😶 用餐時間是120分鐘,最後15分鐘店員已經默默執枱,令人有壓力😰體驗不好
