To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒來翠亨邨,友人相約晚飯,很是期待。原來友人之前曾在此設宴,服務員都認得他,由他點菜,信心大增。先來的頭抽白鱸魚球,一上桌已豉香撲鼻,第一口咬下,外層脆口,應是先炸,再上豉汁,盡見廚師功力。(8/10)剛巧碰到鄰桌的朋友,也對這菜式讚不絕口。客家煎釀豆腐入口還是熱燙的,但個人口味則喜歡蒸豆腐的軟滑和豆香或炸豆腐的脆滑口感。(6/10)古法鹽焗雞吃時像一般燒雞,未見突出。(6/10)桂花順德炒魚肚也是功夫菜,鑊氣不是家中小炒能比。(7/10)全晚較差的是上湯有機白菜仔,似乎是一般酒樓通病,單賣健康,收得貴,冇菜香、冇甜味。(4/10)甜品的芝麻糊不錯,有芝麻香、甜度和濃度都適中。(6/10)離開前還可玩轉轉輪遊戲,慶祝他們四十週年,人人有獎。友人抽到义燒券,開心離開。
