嵐月是我這陣子最欣賞的中菜特色餐館,十分喜歡餐廳高雅的裝修,有環境舒適卻又不會太俗套,整體看起來層次感十足,由Entrance到酒吧區,再到內廳用膳層層遞進推薦坐窗口位置,望著新蒲崗一帶,環境開揚之餘拍照也好看!-嵐月不只有美美的室內裝修,創意特色中菜也突顯大廚的功架。前菜推薦北寄貝沙薑漬貝肉簡單輕灼,再用新鮮沙薑和熱雞油來調味,貝肉入口仍然彈牙爽口。-主菜絕對要必吃嵐月黑毛豬叉燒! 選用西班牙黑毛豬的豬脊肉,食落肉味極濃,肉質豐厚且鬆軟,非常不錯。--當日也吃了桔柚黑鱈魚,黑鱈魚本身魚肉雪白,質地細膩,走油後以桔柚調味,更突出鱈魚味道的濃郁。 -飯類推薦松茸海膽越光米,超級好吃。白松茸海膽越光米日本越光米以白松茸、海膽和雞湯一同去燴,入口啖啖珍貴的松茸味的芳香,還有越光米獨特甜味與黏性,讓人回味無窮。-最後特別推薦松茸摩利菌會有機豆腐 ,豆腐外皮煙煙韌韌,整體鑊氣也夠,配上啖啖松露香,精緻好食。-嵐月九龍城啟德協調道2號AIRSIDE 3樓L301-L302號舖
