今日同老婆慶祝生日,搵左間好特別既餐廳,四圍都有唔同既打卡位,到處擺放了復古佈置(紡織機),裝潢華麗。我地坐低之後,餐廳會先送上一杯茉莉花雪梨茶,飲落口感清新味道清甜,令您感到愉快和舒適,杯底還有一條魚,初時仲以為食得XDD。呢期以粉紅夢幻為主題,所以我地都叫左呢個咁特別既套餐,呢個餐包左一個粉紅牛乳玫瑰鍋、粉紅墨魚滑和粉紅薔薇(砵仔糕)。粉紅牛乳玫瑰鍋都係第一次見,鍋入邊放左紅玫瑰和白玫瑰,其實係牛乳冰。粉紅色的牛乳湯散發著濃郁的牛乳香氣。店員會先將木瓜剪開,慢慢滾煮,令牛乳的香氣更加濃郁。墨魚滑以粉紅色的火龍果汁搭配墨魚,質感更加嫩滑,每一粒都充滿鮮美的墨魚肉。粉紅薔薇是以玫瑰花造型呈現的砵仔糕,表面還撒上金箔,充滿了少女心,就當送左三支玫瑰花俾老婆。砵仔糕口感綿密煙韌,內裡則填滿了紅豆蓉,帶來椰香的誘人滋味。之後點左款名叫太極兩儀,有紅酒浸安格斯牛及黑松露牛乳浸梅花豬肉。安格斯牛肉切得厚實肥美,肉質柔嫩,雲石紋路分佈其中,吸收了紅酒的香氣,帶來一份酒醉芳香,用玫瑰花形狀放係碟上令人有立即打卡既衝動。梅花豬肉則非常軟嫩,肉汁鮮香美味,口感綿彈之餘,肉的味道也十分濃郁。跟住來個華麗既

跟住來個華麗既七彩餃子拼盤。呢的餃子色彩鮮豔,擺盤精美,不但有味道既驚喜,也有視覺既享受。七款不同味道令人陶醉,各具特色,令人難以抵擋。

再來七色丸同一帆風順,其實都係墨魚滑整的,賣相精緻。用秋葵做帆船再配搭上唔同味道嘅墨魚滑,口感一流。

食咗咁多肉,當然要叫啲菜。花花綠綠,顧名思義就係蔬菜盤,呢度連菜盤都擺得好靚仔,好有心思。

當然唔少得嘢飲啦,叫咗一杯花月豪庭,杯嘢飲好特別,唔單止剩係得嘢飲,仲有嘢食。佢分兩層,上層係水果棉花糖蛋糕,下層就係藍莓蘋果溝埋牛奶飲品,正。

另一杯叫香芳幻,有紅桑子,菠蘿汁,再用蛋白泡沫加起頂上邊,味道清甜。
