最近迷上北京片皮鴨,上網搵到黎自北京嘅羲和雅苑呢間餐廳。見到網上評價唔錯,今日特地同朋友黎體驗下~羲和雅苑位於海港城高級餐廳區,環境裝修都相當高級,仲有海景,絕對值五星。叫左一壺普洱,飲落香醇又暖胃,為接踵而來嘅美食做好準備。首先係招牌片皮烤鴨。師傅係我地面前展示精湛嘅刀工,同時侍應奉上百寶盒,再耐心詳細咁介紹三種食法:1) 鴨皮加爆炸糖,配以藍莓醬相當有創意嘅食法,鴨皮油脂嘅香膩配上清新藍莓醬,夾得啱啱好,爆炸糖令口感更加豐富2) 鴨胸肉配黃芥末鴨胸肉比平時食到嘅更嫩,黃芥末嘅辛辣恰好同皮下脂肪相輔相成,烤鴨版嘅燒腩仔風味3) 鴨腿肉薄餅包有兩種食法,配甜麵醬、京蔥、青瓜,經典包片皮鴨口味,正係我想要的;或配、洋蔥、山楂條、藍莓醬,酸甜平衡得相當好,風味獨特,有驚喜!避風塘脆皮豬手同德國豬手風味截然不同,唔會太重鹹味,避風塘調味料帶黎濃厚香氣同少少辛辣,相當適合中和豬手嘅肥膩感。金磚豆腐塊入口香脆,一咬開裡面嘅豆腐好似流心涵咁湧出,熱辣辣咁食口感一流。金沙鮮魷魚適合比較鍾意口味重少少嘅你,酥脆黃金鹹蛋黃皮香脆濃郁,鮮魷魚相當新鮮,爽口彈牙,為口感添上更多層次,推薦!燒汁芥末和牛粒炒得

濃湯餃子皮薄而不易破,內涵份量多,汁更多,湯汁源源不絕咁從破口流出,啖啖肉配上濃湯。水平之高,可以話被低估嘅一道菜。
