Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一遊自從裝修完成後,空氣質素很差,廚房附近有一個開放式的燒烤爐,餐牌上的串燒應該是即叫即燒,但我每次食完之後,全身都洋溢著燒烤香味。食物方面,其實很高質素,刺身非常新鮮,午餐以這個價錢,在灣仔能吃到這個質素的刺身,已經不錯。白飯是普通珍珠米,份量只是一小碗,對辦公室女士來說剛剛好。前菜隔一段時間會轉換,今次是四季豆,帶甜又帶咸,好吃。飲品是茶餐廳的選擇:咖啡/奶茶/檸茶/檸水,無論選什麼都跟日式食物不協調,熱飲份量很少,我試過選凍檸茶少冰少甜,可以說是沒有落糖,茶味亦很淡,愛叫少甜的人士請留意。順便一提,一坐下侍應會提供清水,此舉其實很貼心,但如果提供日本綠茶,會更加夾。
