Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一踏入餐廳感受到日本京都時代的氣息,懷舊得來又帶點摩登,給人一種清新淡雅的感覺。首先,我地叫左飲品,陳年柑桔蜜,玄米茶,巨峰梳打同梅子燒酌,玄米茶係一整壺上,滿佈玄米香氣。天氣轉涼,炸豆腐配上微溫的鰹魚汁及柴魚片,一冷一熱仿佛能感受豆腐在口中躍動。真鯛是白身魚的代表魚種,魚肉的口感柔中有韌,脂質含量適中,非常鮮美。軟腳蟹脆卜卜,又酥香,配乜野都一樣咁好食,配埋牛油果、青瓜、蟹柳同沙律,健康之選!東洋卷係另一樣必點菜式,用pancake皮包住滿滿既蟹籽 鰻魚同牛油果,店員特別提我地一定要一啖食到所有嘢, 用上香甜嘅pancake皮包味道出奇嘅夾 蟹籽帶出口感 牛油果同鰻魚俾人一種好肥美嘅感覺,好好食!壽司十貫上碟擺盤好靚,見到食慾大增,魚生新鮮,拖羅、牡丹蝦、呑拿魚、三文魚籽、海膽、火炙金目鯛,用料上盛!串燒系列亦同樣出色,最特別係燒活鰻魚,啖啖肉又香甜嘅鰻魚滋味無窮!牛舌同車厘茄口感十足!
