食完牛舌,對今晚的主角30日熟成西冷,更加引頸以待,這個乾式熟成西冷,唔單止鎖住肉汁,牛扒肉色逞粉嫩,肉質有咬口,牛肉味香濃,簡單配上鹽便更能提升味道!👍👍伴菜揀了薯蓉和雜菌,個人較喜歡薯蓉,充滿牛油嘅香味又好香滑!
