朋友介紹嚟呢間食潮州菜,裝潢咁靚又係食潮州菜,價錢一定貴。點知唔貴喎直情係平,食味都唔錯,功夫湯幾有潮味特色,叫咗個青欖燉豬肺,幾好飲,青欖燉湯原來好甘香清甜。個胡椒咸骨芥菜煲好夠味,市面上一般的芥菜豬骨煲是用豬骨桶的,原來正宗潮州菜是淹咸豬脊骨做的,怪不得加上大芥菜味道咸香。好味! 蠔餅並不像市面既樣式,市面都是炸,原來正宗係煎。食落唔會好漏,可以食多幾件。最後就係鹵水鵝片,鹵水夠味,鵝片夠腍,好食!
