做左沙嗲王擁躉多年,佢嘅金牌白咖哩豬扒飯質素一直都維持住,亦係我每次必食嘅飯。冇骨香茅豬扒,肉香鬆厚,配上香甜椰汁味白咖哩,正啊*****見最新推出左2款fusion大板omelette好吸引決定一試: 泡菜豚肉 / 芝士豚肉。當然馬上趕往芝士嘅懷抱。上枱時睇賣相已係咁吞口水,切開時亦冇令我失望,芝士好多有拉絲,蛋卷滑溜。咬落質地creamy, 應該有加奶油煮蛋 。轉捩點開始→咬到第3啖味蕾開始投訴:咁多肥膏嘅? 始發現豚肉全是接近100%肥油嘅五花肉!傳統做法是否相似,如是者我不敢再食,真心唔想吞落去下將所有肥膏挑哂出黎。哈*其實只係個人口味問題而反感,有可能肥膏控<...這形容太貼切吧>會俾10粒星添~
