今日放工同朋友去食呢間係中環既老撾餐廳。之前lunchtime已經食過呢到既午餐,覺得味道唔錯,而且香港好少地方有得食老撾菜,覺得好特別,今日就黎食佢既晚餐。間餐廳係中環扶手電梯隔離既一座商業大廈4 樓,唔算難搵。入到餐廳就見到店主對餐廳既裝飾有化過唔少心思,充滿老撾色彩,令我同朋友都可以暫時離開返工既忙碌,好好享受今次既晚餐。呢間餐廳係一個老撾皇室既親信開既,可以保證佢既菜色非常地道同正宗。我地今次就叫左個盤菜餐。裡面既食物包羅萬象,貪佢可以食到唔同既老撾特色菜式。首先有前菜既透心蛋。店主係用雞蛋去醃制,味道酸甜,開胃醒神。之後就係蝦米青木瓜沙律,可能由於老撾鄰近泰國,味道貼近泰式沙律,可以食出係由新鮮蔬菜制做,有d酸辣。主菜有老撾凍魚。聽店主講呢條魚係北老撾既特色菜,用65度水溫慢煮1個鐘而成,係過程中仲加左香茅,食落去既肉質滑而結實,仲帶有少少香茅味,別具特色,值得推介。我同朋友都鐘意係食既時候點d由魚露、青檸、辣椒做成既特色醬汁,酸酸甜甜,更加帶出魚既鮮味。另外又有老撾烤雞,佢既特別之處係用魚露醃製過,所以食落有魚露既香味,係第二度食唔到既。之後有老撾豬肉碎包萋葉,做法同泰式相

最後主菜有煎蛋,店主係蛋入面加左d香葉一齊煎,令食蛋之餘有d香葉味,好有特色。

個盤菜仲包兩碗花色糯米飯(每碗加10元),碗飯係以糯米、紫糯米同珍珠米整成,黏韌得黎又軟硬適中。

我朋友就叫左杯青椰綠茶,店主好有心咁加左乾冰係上面,睇得又飲得。

總結,個餐份量都相當多,我同朋友都食得好飽,算係中環既特色之選。
