To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事提議想食百分百,我當然一口答應,試試新餐廳是好事。不用再食某特定餐廳。另外,每次途經都見到都有一秒衝動想試。餐廳採用按人數取票機形式,可能人數太多,各位食客要耐心等待。餐廳分了兩部份,分別是一少部分是賣麵包的,另一部分當然以做食肆為主。午餐選擇都蠻多的,有中式、西式,湯麵等,叫人懊惱如何選擇。我點了豉汁蒸鯇魚配有營藜麥飯,職員已說明要等候時間會耐一點;即點即蒸,新鮮熱辣。魚鯇好滑,豆卜入味,而醬汁鹹鹹的,不禁令人扒多幾口飯。同事點了北菇雲耳蒸滑雞配有營藜麥飯,為食的我當然毫不客家試了,雞件亦都滑。不錯。

魚鯇好滑,豆卜入味,而醬汁鹹鹹的,不禁令人扒多幾口飯。
