To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得星期六下午，完成一個星期的工作，可以去嘆個西多士加炸雞肶，無想過一個普通下午茶餐，竟然要呆等超過二十分鐘。終於等到有食物上枱，但炸雞肶就好似完全沒有炸過，西多士表面浸滿油，最不理想的，是西多士𥚃面完全是凍的。滿心歡喜，午餐都唔食，就係為咗可以吃少一餐，留返啲quota去吃件西多士。連返熱食物都懶做，惶論食物的質素。西多士是茶餐廳的基本功，真的好令人失望。

收工懶得自己煮就去咗百份百食晚餐叫左兩味分別係星洲炒米同酸菜魚飯星洲炒米唔錯 炒得幾乾身香口份量都算多另外仲叫左個酸菜魚飯魚份量正常唔算好多不過都幾好食都多蔬菜整體都幾好

喺公司附近放飯，得一個鐘頭，所以就求其去咗呢一間度食。叫咗個雞扒滑蛋蕃茄飯，估唔到$60都有咁大份量，食落質素雞扒嫩口滑蛋亦都唔錯，$60都可以有呢個質素算，仲要包埋嘢飲，係一間良心餐廳。

叫碟漁香茄子飯，等咗30分鐘追咗3次先嚟。淋啲醬喺碟飯上面都咁難？目測餐廳只有7成滿，咁嘅速度堪稱垃圾。Lunch Hour得1個鐘，等都30分鐘唔駛食，直接改外賣攞走。請唔夠廚房咪學人做飲食啦。

光顧過不少百分百，質素太多滿意，尤其黃埔，呢次光顧呢間櫸樹街嘅百分百，真係不敢恭維，點了一下胡椒豬肚雞湯飯，枝竹如柴枝、白烚雞絲，質同量都嚇怕人，大家睇相就知，但咁嘅價錢其實都冇乜期望，唔通仲計較啲咩商品說明條例咩？但侍應仲盲撐，竟然話啲湯多咗，所以睇落啲餸少咗，👍好嘢，佢咁都噏得出，我即時用匙羹撈起俾佢睇，佢先俾我換其他食物，送都唔要啦！真係似廚餘。
