To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日lunch好想吃炒野，於是諗起百分百，入去已經滿座率8成，叫左個乾炒牛河，加麥可可，原來係阿華田。牛河好快來到，真係好夠鑊氣，牛肉好嫩，河粉色澤都好均勻，而且份量都好足，夠晒飽。

平時幫襯唔少，宜家越做越差，唔知係立間有問題還是其他都係越來越差。 之前夜晚去吃一次，個個顧客吊曬鬼，唔夠人手就冇接咁多客入來啦，菜出品又求夠其，煲仔菜出來就一滴氣都冇，滴鎹就加熱俾你吃，炒飯就暖暖得冇鍋氣（咁樣我吃炒飯把燃啊）。 今日兩個鎹外賣，一個五色蔬菜，一個荔芋椰汁雞煲，就一個煮法，拉油，滴嘢全部拉油俾汁撈埋一齊就算（宜家茶餐廳都冇咁求其啦，唔該你得整返好小小啦）。真係整衰自己既招牌，最好換一批廚師啦，或者培訓下啦。其實味道一粒星都多餘。

塊魚柳細到呢。。。以為百份百會好過大家樂，點知衰左。 味道係正常嘅，只係真係好細塊。。。牙la 都唔夠涉。 杯檸茶好多渣。而且坐邊位有蚊，搬去第二度又有陣臭味唔知邊度嚟。。。唉。。。

一向住開樓上，成日都幫襯，今日真係嬲嬲地，唔寫下評論都唔得。老實講，之前都做得幾好，食物有質素，上菜快，咖啡奶茶好好味宜家，愈黎愈差，飲品份量愈黎愈細杯，成日叫外賣都執漏野，一時就執漏成個飯，一時就俾錯湯底，早餐嗌2個魚柳餐，可以夠膽其中一個餐可以無左塊魚柳，食風？！今日又嗌外賣，等。。。。等。。。等，等極都無，等左25分鐘，遲過我既全部order都有，我都只係叫個沙嗲牛肉公仔麵姐，可能個麵仲搓緊麵粉？真係好差
