朋友問有沒有興趣試老撾菜,梗係有啦。其他東南亞菜式就食得多,但老撾菜真係從來未試過。上星期就同朋友兩個人去咗中環翡翠中心樓上一間老撾菜館。原來餐廳老闆係美女廚房嘅靚仔廚師 Justin,一上去就見到 Justin張靚仔相掛住喺餐廳中間做生招牌。就地理位置上老撾被緬甸,柬埔寨,泰國,越南圍在中間,所以菜式亦受呢幾個國家影響。我哋先叫個小食拼盤,同燒雞沙律。原本想要青芒果沙律,但青芒果太受歡迎,所以已經售罄。咁唯有選擇雞肉沙律。沙律裏有多款唔同嘅菜,最特別嘅係鹹蘿蔔,蘿蔔帶粉紅色,應該係用上心裡美蘿蔔,醃得鹹鹹的好爽口,配上沙律菜吃,好特別。小食拼盤差不多有5-6款。米紙卷,魚餅,春捲,越式春捲,仲有一塊塊好似炸蝦片的物體。食落口好香脆,比蝦片厚身,較有質感,用來送酒一流。我吃了三四塊,差不多全部被我掃清。另外再加個豬頸肉咖哩見球。見球就是飯。豬頸肉爽口好味,但我最鍾意的是炸薯塊。薯塊炸得好香口,沾上香香辣辣的咖哩汁食,滋味一流。另外又叫了荔枝冰同南薑香茅梳打。這裡飲品最好就是不會過甜,清清的消暑一流。可惜今日靚仔廚師不在,下次要再過來,希望下次可以見到啦。
