我點了一杯有梨味的sake cocktail, 入口除了清甜的梨味,由於加了檸檬汁,酸中帶點澀,非常醒胃,很易入口。

這道廣島燒有別於平日食的,是創新料理,食材變成了芫茜~臘腸~蝦米~肉鬆和叉燒,味道好像吃蘿蔔糕,燒餅面的燒汁就中和了材料的鹹,食客可以自行加紫菜,是一道迎適合香港人口味嘅廣島燒。
