To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 静冈中拖罗,不时不食,今日用上养殖的拖罗,鱼身油份更肥美。

赤海胆北海道,味道香浓,浓郁嘅海水味,口感又鲜有甜。

北海道BB银鳕鱼,鱼肉细致嫩滑,油份超级重,火炙逼出鱼油,油香四溢!

新鲜鲭鱼,白昆布在面,中间有芝麻,味道又浓又鲜。

素面,配少少酸的水云及热汤,完美的结尾。

餐厅师父手势专业,服务十分细心,鱼肉味道由淡至浓,每一片都经过悉心处理,口感丰富,油脂丰盈!
