To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 機場有兩間翠華 :供入閘前人食的是此店,地方闊大,樓底高,兩方面應是全港之冠,比一般茶餐廳大6至8倍。好處是坐得舒適,設計得有特色。分很多區域。入閘後的那間,是位於快餐廣場,環境差,人多聲嘈。第一次來此間。我的旅伴是急性子的,任由帶位員擺佈,坐在近門口。剛好是厨房出貨的窗口,食品堆積如山,店員慢慢傳遞。心想:食物早已涼了,此店地方大,上檯又再遲10分鐘。我現在明白旅伴喜坐在此區原因。通粉湯接近全凍,質素偏低。黑麥南瓜包頗特別,質素好。加錢叫的豬仔包普通。另一早餐是沙嗲牛肉即食麵,質素不差,亦只是微暖。炒蛋很恐怖!碎碎的,冷冷的,全無蛋味。厨房出貨的窗口有20多碟炒蛋,都是此貨色。貴價早餐是吉列魚柳餐。魚柳很長,魚肉新鮮,比快餐店的大2倍。故賣54元。魚蛋片頭河餐賣50元。食品全是凍,只是坐得舒適。很多有歷史情懷的漫畫,惜只陳列在門口附近。其實,餐廳太西化,少茶餐廳情懷。
