Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是次分享的是在諾士佛台1號4樓的日本菜﹣“一遊”,已光顧了十次以上,餐廳的質素穩定,所以真的挻推薦的啊!!(*'v'*)我與友人先點了兩個午市套餐,包括了主食,面鼓湯,餐前小吃和飲料!點了一份炙燒三文魚配三文魚子飯($110)和一份刺身定食($98);另外我們散叫了最喜愛吃的西京燒銀雪魚一份($148)和兩串串燒和牛粒($58@)青瓜很爽脆,帶一點咸咸的味道,吃過停不到口刺身定食,是厚厚的刺身來,而且色澤看起來亦很新鮮♥海膽入口即溶的口感令我再三回味,小貝(小帶子)也很鮮甜,略嫌有點細身甜蝦也是很新鮮的,沒有那剛剛溶急涷的掃慶口感ヾ(●´U`●)ノ至於其他刺身我不喜好的,不能分享,但友人說三文魚是很肥美的!我吃好多啊,差不多有一半是我KO的啦,飯桶,哇卡卡~再點一些沙拉醬一起放進口,Soooo Yummy*而且調味過多,蓋過了和牛的牛味,這串燒是相對上令我失望的一客!
