因為疫情關係,被迫停業,在家中屈到很悶,今日決定出外逛逛,便來到將軍澳這間出名的潮州食肆。潮州蠔餅$80,外表香脆可口,蠔仔尺寸頗大,沒有腥味,只需加點魚露,便成了正宗的潮州美食。沙嗲芥蘭牛肉$98,芥蘭帶點酒香和甜味,沒有苦澀味,加上沙嗲醬的香味,和牛肉色鮮嫩,是一道出色的沙嗲芥蘭牛肉。鹵水鵝件$118,滷水味道濃度適中,鵝肉的鮮味被滷水帶出了,鵝肉不會過淋,帶點咬口,而且份量都不少,是這裏必點的其中一道菜。
