To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好味指數:🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食指數:🤑🤑🤑喺尖沙咀鬧市想簡簡單單食一餐都唔係咁容易。之前喺海港城行完街,沿住海防道轉入亞士厘道,就發現另一番景色,有一堆家常餐廳🤩入邊我最鍾意就係旺記,係我印象佢係第一間主打滑蛋飯嘅茶餐廳,亦都係我覺得最好食嘅🤤✅叉燒滑蛋飯滿滿嘅滑蛋舖住成個飯,炒蛋濕潤有光澤,加埋牛奶炒真係有日式嗰種滑;叉燒半肥瘦,肉質有咬口又唔韌,淋上自家製嘅甜豉油香味十足,一啖一啖好快就食晒
